Introduction
History

Korea Governance Resilience Center (“KGRC”) was established in 2019 with the main purpose of developing policies and solutions applicable to national disasters and crises focusing analysis on the risks and threats in the Cyber Space.

For further development, it led the establishment of the Center for Cyber Resilience Research (“C2R2”) research institute under the Korea University School of Cyber Security, one of the best in the field of cyber security workforce development and R&D in Korea. KGRC contributed to the initial R&D fund.

Key founders of KGRC have been engaged in the development of Cyber Defense program in cooperation with KITRI, which is the largest white hacker training institute in Korea for the purpose of nurturing talents for the overseas market.
